Hi Friends, How are you doing today? I don't know about you but February as flown by.... which I think is a blessing. I always want and try to enjoy the season that I am in but every February, I am tested by this. So a small part of my is relieved that we are almost in March, while also recognizing that I don't want to wish time away. With that all said, it does feel exciting to start to look ahead to Spring and Summer... to plan the garden, to think about hiking, to daydream about lake swims and to feel the sun on my face. And as always, the Spring Equinox feels more like the "new year" to me than January 1st. While I enjoy a good reflection and a good journal prompt, I have struggled in the darkness of January and February to sit down, reflect and plan. As the days get a little longer, brighter and warmer, I feel I have more space to do so. With some of this new energy and hope, I am excited to announce some new updates to Live Good, Feel Good, some new classes for Nourished and some new writing for you. I also have a few free offerings coming later in March and April-- I am finalizing some details but look forward to sharing more with you soon! For now, check out all the new update below and thank you for being here! I am so grateful for each and every one of you who takes time to read my words. xx Kerry Dr. Kerry McGinn PT, DPT, RYT (516) 318-6627

As the Wheel Turns.. September is one of my favorite months in the Berkshires. After the hub bub and chaos of summer, September is such a blessing. September feels like a fresh start but without the pressure of new years resolution. September feels like an old friend that always has time for a chat and a cup of tea. September feels like a big, long exhale after running around all day. The energy of September is equal part rest and cozy and magnetic and energized and...I very much love it. But...
As we say Goodbye to July... July has flown by (as it usually does here in the Berkshires). On one hand, I am happy to see July in the rearview. I often forget that living and owning small business in the Berkshires means I don't sit down or even have a second to breathe from June 15th to July 15th. It's a beautiful and abundant time but it is also a chaotic and sometimes stressful time. It aligns well with the natural world... nature is blooming with abundance and activity. On the other...
Happy July! Summer is kicking in the Berkshires and the warm weather has me wishing I was on a floatie in the middle of the ocean somewhere some days. At the same time, I do love Berkshire summer-- the sunsets, the lake, the garden. It's what I look forward too all winter. I think it's important in the joy (and chaos) of summer to slow down too. To soak in all the natural world has to offer and to have some days to just be. I'm not quite sure where that fits into my summer plans but I do know...
