Hello Heat Wave!

Happy July!

Summer is kicking in the Berkshires and the warm weather has me wishing I was on a floatie in the middle of the ocean somewhere some days. At the same time, I do love Berkshire summer-- the sunsets, the lake, the garden. It's what I look forward too all winter.

I think it's important in the joy (and chaos) of summer to slow down too. To soak in all the natural world has to offer and to have some days to just be. I'm not quite sure where that fits into my summer plans but I do know it's important to me. As my business grows, as my life in the Berkshire grows, I realize how important it is to pause along the journey. An evening at home on my front porch, a few moments of quite as the sun rises, slow walks in our woods-- those are the things that make a life happy and beautiful (even in the midst of chaos and challenge)

I hope you find some space for yourself this summer--- and maybe you join me on your mat or in nature! Whether that is in person or through the interwebs:)

xx

REMINDER BERKSHIRE FRIENDS!

Sunset Yoga at Naumkeag

There’s something magical about practicing yoga beneath the open sky. The way the breeze carries your breath, how the light shifts as you move, and the grounding that only comes from being held by the earth itself.

At Naumkeag, we move with the setting sun—bathing in golden light, surrounded by historic gardens and sweeping views of the Berkshires. It’s a time to unwind, to exhale the day, and to soften into stillness as the sky turns to watercolor.

Bring your mat, your heart, and your love for nature. This year you will see a few of my teachers at Yoga Lee (myself included) at Naumkeag. I will always be posting on the Yoga Lee instagram who is up for the week! We can’t wait to share these special outdoor practices with you.

I will be teaching at the end of August and in September:)

Want to Retreat With Me?

I took a pause on planning retreats as I dealt with some personal things but I am so excited to get back into the swing of planning some amazing Experiences. I am in the midst of planning a few magical things. Late fall, I am hopeful to host a Berkshire Based Yoga Retreat with options for locals to join in at a lower cost. I am also collaborating with a few special woman to host a winter retreat in the Berkshires. LAst but not least, I am looking to host an international Yoga retreat in 2027. I am debating between Tuscany, Italy, Costa Brava, Spain OR going back to the Azores-- What do you think friends? Shoot me an email back with your preference. AND Don't forget to put your name on the waitlists below so you are the FIRST to know!

Join me on Substack!

I have a lifelong dream of being a writer. I am a lover of books and journals and documenting my life. I think that is why I originally loved instagram. But now, IG feel so... strange and a blog doesn't feel personal enough and I miss the days of tumblr I feel like I have finally gotten into somewhat of a groove on substack-- I am sharing both thought pieces as well as some poetry I have written over the years.

This is a new and vulnerable (and exciting) endeavor for me! I hope you join with me with curiosity and kindness!

I'd love to hear from you too-- what would you like to learn from me?

P.S. I renamed my substack to feel more ME! here's to embracing my true self more!

As the Wheel Turns.. September is one of my favorite months in the Berkshires. After the hub bub and chaos of summer, September is such a blessing. September feels like a fresh start but without the pressure of new years resolution. September feels like an old friend that always has time for a chat and a cup of tea. September feels like a big, long exhale after running around all day. The energy of September is equal part rest and cozy and magnetic and energized and...I very much love it. But...

As we say Goodbye to July... July has flown by (as it usually does here in the Berkshires). On one hand, I am happy to see July in the rearview. I often forget that living and owning small business in the Berkshires means I don't sit down or even have a second to breathe from June 15th to July 15th. It's a beautiful and abundant time but it is also a chaotic and sometimes stressful time. It aligns well with the natural world... nature is blooming with abundance and activity. On the other...

Happy June! It is almost officially Summer in the Berkshires -- maybe it is near you too? I have definitely been feeling the influx of people and energy in the Berkshires. It is equal parts exhilarating and energizing as it is exhausting and overwhelming. As a small business owner that relies on tourism, I have to remind myself to take a pause from time to time and TRULY enjoy the summer, not just keep plugging away because the opportunities are endless. So, in case you're like me and need...
