As the Wheel Turns..September is one of my favorite months in the Berkshires. After the hub bub and chaos of summer, September is such a blessing. September feels like a fresh start but without the pressure of new years resolution. September feels like an old friend that always has time for a chat and a cup of tea. September feels like a big, long exhale after running around all day. The energy of September is equal part rest and cozy and magnetic and energized and...I very much love it. But then I looked up and here we are in October. As I write this on Tuesday evening, my partner Chris and I just spent the day trying to preserve all of our veggies, flowers and herbs. The weather forecast here holds our first potential frost tomorrow morning and I have mixed feelings. This morning I walked through my garden saying hello (and goodbye) to all my flowers. My flowers give me so much joy, they are a bright spot after a long day, a quiet beauty and my favorite way to decorate my home. As I walked my garden, I also grieved. I had so many grand plans this summer to spend more time in the garden, to make more bouquets and to create more. To be quite honest with you, the busyness of summer got the best of me. I didn't make the time to tend to my garden as I hoped. So I grieved the time I lost in my garden this morning while also being so grateful for the small joys and big lessons that garden brings each year. At the same time, I embrace the energy of this turn in the season. A chance to slow down, to descend into the dark side of the year and to turn inward. This time of year always feels ripe for reflection, writing and taking stock. After the fullness of summer, it feels important and necessary to embrace the turn of the wheel. As we turn inward, I am excited to be offering more virtual lectures, to continue to write and to offer live classes on nourished. (see below). There is so much space for reflection and tuning in and I cannot wait to share. Hope you stick around:) xx Kerry A Few Ways to Work with MeI am quite honestly still in the midst of making some changes at Live Good, Feel Good. There are lots unfolding behind the scenes and lots of shifts and changes. It feels scary and also good. While I continue to reorganize, I have a few offerings still available. With ski season coming up, I want to share again my Ski Prep program. Ski Prep 101 is so much more than a ski prep program-- it's a progressive overload program that helps you get in shape for hiking, skiing, biking, running and so much more. It will be going through a bit of a rebrand and slight overhaul this fall to better serve you all. BUT, while I am working on that, I decided to run a sale on it now! For the month of August, buy Ski Prep 101 and get City to Summit (my other 4 week strength training program) for FREE! A little buy one, get one!
I will also be hosting a Pelvic Floor 101 Masterclass on Thursday, November 5th at 6pm. This 75 minute lecture and Q & A session. Your pelvic floor is more than a muscle group. It's a foundation for how you move, breathe, and feel at home in your body. In this 75-minute masterclass, we'll blend clinical pelvic health science with somatic awareness to help you understand what's really going on down there and how to work with it, not against it. REPLAY included in price & pelvic floor 101 handout
I have ONE spot OPEN for my Holistic Programming at a HUGE discount. Normally $300/month, I will be offering 1 remaining spot for $150 a month for the month of August only! It blends together my knowledge as a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor into one holistic programming. This is perfect if you want to work with me but cannot fit in a weekly session OR want to do more of your own thing. I take your goals, your access to equipment, your environment, your stress levels, your activity levels and more into account to help you find a wellness and fitness program that fuels you instead of drains you. Programming includes everything from traditional strength training workouts, pilates workouts, yoga sequences, cardio programming, mobility, myofascial work, flexibility programming, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and MORE! I truly take all my knowledge and experience to create something that is total unique and right for you! This service is a monthly service. We start with a 45 minute introduction video call each month. Each month, we check in, review the past program, make adjustments and celebrate YOU! This requires at least a 2 month commitment because let’s be real, real change takes time.(you will lock in the $150 a month)
Last but not least, if you are a yoga teacher looking to learn more about anatomy, fascia, creative sequencing, pelvic floor and more, please fill out this google form AND drop your email below. I will be launching a masterclass on sequencing this fall (more soon!) as well as a few advance trainings and I am so so excited!

As we say Goodbye to July... July has flown by (as it usually does here in the Berkshires). On one hand, I am happy to see July in the rearview. I often forget that living and owning small business in the Berkshires means I don't sit down or even have a second to breathe from June 15th to July 15th. It's a beautiful and abundant time but it is also a chaotic and sometimes stressful time. It aligns well with the natural world... nature is blooming with abundance and activity. On the other...
Happy July! Summer is kicking in the Berkshires and the warm weather has me wishing I was on a floatie in the middle of the ocean somewhere some days. At the same time, I do love Berkshire summer-- the sunsets, the lake, the garden. It's what I look forward too all winter. I think it's important in the joy (and chaos) of summer to slow down too. To soak in all the natural world has to offer and to have some days to just be. I'm not quite sure where that fits into my summer plans but I do know...
Happy June! It is almost officially Summer in the Berkshires -- maybe it is near you too? I have definitely been feeling the influx of people and energy in the Berkshires. It is equal parts exhilarating and energizing as it is exhausting and overwhelming. As a small business owner that relies on tourism, I have to remind myself to take a pause from time to time and TRULY enjoy the summer, not just keep plugging away because the opportunities are endless. So, in case you're like me and need...
