Hi friends, I’m so excited to share something I’ve been working on with you all--a retreat to the beautiful Dolomites of Northern Italy, May 9th-15th, 2027! It would mean so much to share this experience with our community. This will be my third international retreat and I am so excited to head to Italy. Each retreat has been something truly magical and special with amazing humans that remind me of the power of connection. I am so excited to head to the Dolomites for epic hiking and ultimate relaxation. The resort we will be staying at is absolutely stunning with epic amenities (think sauna and steam room!!). On top of that, I will be offering programming in somatics, nervous system regulation and of course, your favorite Feel Good flow for the ultimate rest and restoration. We’ll spend six nights at the ADLER Dolomiti Resort in Ortisei, with time for daily practice, mountain adventures, and enjoying the experience together. Your retreat package includes: - Six nights / seven days of five-star accommodations at ADLER Dolomiti Resort, set among gardens with mountain views in the center of Ortisei. - Breakfast and dinner daily, plus lunch on our two hiking excursion days. - Two private guided hiking excursions for all levels, with lunch at alpine huts. - Access to ADLER’s indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms, gym, and guest experiences, including guided hikes, bike tours, and use of e-bikes. - Roundtrip airport transfers from Milan (MXP) - All resort taxes, fees, and base gratuities. - Daily programming with yours truly! Registration opens November 10th, with a special €500 savings available through November 24th. This will be the lowest pricing I offer for this retreat! To bring this experience to life, we’re looking for at least 10 participants to register with a €500 deposit by November 24. If you already know you’d love to join, registering during those two weeks will not only secure your savings—it will help us confirm the retreat and move forward together. Pricing per person, depending on room type: Regular retreat pricing: €3,599–€4,399 November 10–24 launch pricing: €3,099–€3,899 If this speaks to you and you’d like to learn more, simply reply YES. I’ll make sure you receive the registration link when it opens on November 10. Replying is just a way to stay in the loop—there’s no commitment to attend. I would love to share this week in the Dolomites with you! With warmth and excitement, Kerry Dr. Kerry McGinn PT, DPT, RYT

As the Wheel Turns.. September is one of my favorite months in the Berkshires. After the hub bub and chaos of summer, September is such a blessing. September feels like a fresh start but without the pressure of new years resolution. September feels like an old friend that always has time for a chat and a cup of tea. September feels like a big, long exhale after running around all day. The energy of September is equal part rest and cozy and magnetic and energized and...I very much love it. But...
As we say Goodbye to July... July has flown by (as it usually does here in the Berkshires). On one hand, I am happy to see July in the rearview. I often forget that living and owning small business in the Berkshires means I don't sit down or even have a second to breathe from June 15th to July 15th. It's a beautiful and abundant time but it is also a chaotic and sometimes stressful time. It aligns well with the natural world... nature is blooming with abundance and activity. On the other...
Happy July! Summer is kicking in the Berkshires and the warm weather has me wishing I was on a floatie in the middle of the ocean somewhere some days. At the same time, I do love Berkshire summer-- the sunsets, the lake, the garden. It's what I look forward too all winter. I think it's important in the joy (and chaos) of summer to slow down too. To soak in all the natural world has to offer and to have some days to just be. I'm not quite sure where that fits into my summer plans but I do know...
